Saluting Heroes Balloon Rally has a very important mission. We want to honor all of those that serve. There are heroes that serve our country and our community. Camp American Legion located in Lake Tomahawk, WI has been serving Wisconsin veterans for 100 years.
We also honor community heroes. Police, Fire, EMS, and those that volunteer to make a better quality of life within the community. We can all make a difference!
We Love Ballooning is a 501C3 Nonprofit. Our mission is to inspire wonder and community through the breathtaking spectacle of hot air balloons. We Love Ballooning is committed to providing an accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable hot air balloon experience for communities. Fostering connections and unforgettable memories. Our events offer a unique opportunity for spectators to interact with pilots, learn about the intricacies of ballooning, and experience the magic firsthand. By partnering with local businesses, nonprofits, and emergency services, we create a platform to support community. Our goal is to create a memorable experience that combines the thrill of hot air ballooning with the warmth of community spirit.
✨ What is the Event?
The Saluting Heroes Balloon Rally is scheduled for August 1st & 2nd, 2025. The event provides a spectacular show with over 20 balloons glowing in the dark.
✨ How Many Hot Air Balloons?
This will be a very large balloon rally! There will be over 20 hot air balloons on display. Watch them light up the night to the music MC’d by Dave Kallaway.
✨ Who Are the Pilots Participating?
There will be pilots from all over the state and country. Check out who’s coming on the balloon page.
✨ Are There Any Vendors at the Event?
Yes, there will be a variety of vendors offering food, drinks, and merchandise. Tempt your tastebuds with a very diverse menu.
